I forgot my password. Can you reset it for me?

To reset your password, click on the Forgot Your Password link. You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you continue to have problems, contact Nina Designs at 1-800-336-6462.


 

I cannot log in – your site says "Sorry, we cannot find your username/email address"?

If you are an existing wholesale customer and are receiving this error, please call us at 1-800-336-6462 (or 510-845-8095 for international customers) to discuss more complex account issues or to reclaim an older account.


 

How do I change my email address / username?

When you are logged into our website, there will be a text link at the top right of the page that says “Account”. Click on the “Account” link, under the My Account menu select Reset Password or Email. Update your email address (which is the same as your account login) and/or your account password. To avoid misdirected order emails please call us at 1-800-336-6462 or notify us by email at nina@ninadesigns.com to change your email communication preferences for invoices and shipment notifications.


 

How do I change my billing address?

Please email us from the email account we have on file with you or call us at 1-800-336-6462 (or 510-845-8095 for international customers) to update your billing address. Please note: if your new address is in a different state it is possible that you will need to update your sales tax documentation for that state. How long will items in my cart remain in the cart before it clears?

In most cases, items will stay in your cart for months. If you are logged into your account, have a full cart, and then delete or clear your cookies, you will be automatically logged out of the website. However, when you log back in, your cart will still be there.

You can also select to "save cart" when viewing the shopping cart. Saved carts can also be accessed by clicking the link at the top right of the website that says “Account,” then within your account, click on the tab called Saved Cart. This feature is an excellent way to organize your most frequently purchased items into project specific lists.


 

How do I view my order history?

After logging in, click on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of our website. This will take you to your account information. By default, the last six months of order history will be shown. To view earlier history, simply adjusts the dates to the desired timeframe. Click the link "View Order" to view all items within the order.
